Colonia Real Estate AG: Release in according to article 26, section 1 WpHG
(Securities Trading Act)

On November 24, 2010, FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, has informed us
according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
on Colonia Real Estate AG (ISIN: DE0006338007; WKN:633800), Cologne,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on November
19, 2010 and amounts 0.13%. This corresponds to 39,884 voting rights.
The voting rights are entirely attributable to FMR LLC pursuant article 22
(1) sentence 1 no 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
