                     G4S acquires Guernsey Air Conditioning

 G4S  Secure  Solutions  (Guernsey)  Limited  ('G4S'), Guernsey's largest secure
solutions company, is pleased to announce the acquisition from David J Le Gallez
of  Guernsey  Air  Conditioning  Limited,  one  of the largest building services
contractors   in  the  Channel  Islands.   The  acquisition  will  extend  G4S's
significant  facilities management ('FM')  capability by allowing  it to offer a
range  of 'hard' FM  services to its  Government and commercial customers across
the Channel Islands for the first time. The gross assets of the acquired company
are worth £1.8m.

Guernsey  Air Conditioning Limited  was established in  April 1990 and currently
employs   55 staff   across   a   range  of  FM  disciplines  including:  office
administration; service desk/job control; planned maintenance; fire and security
services;   mechanical   and   electrical  services;  BMS  control  systems  and
management; and refrigeration and air conditioning and design.
