ÅF has signed a framework agreement with the Swedish Defence Materiel
Administration, FMV, as part of the allocation of framework agreements relating
to telecommunications. The contract is to run for three years, with the option
of an additional one-year extension.
ÅF secured the framework agreements for seven areas of technology out of a total
of nine.
The agreement covers the following fields: radio & antenna systems, satellite
communication, telecom exchange systems, radar systems, tele-warfare systems,
identification systems and frequency planning.
"FMV is an important client for ÅF, which makes this a key agreement on which we
can continue to build our business within the defence sector," says Johan
