In accordance with the previously communicated update of the Rules and Regulations of NASDAQ

OMX Derivatives Market, effective on the 15th of December 2010, Nasdaq OMX opens up the

possibility for members to separated Margin and Settlement flows for Segregated and Non-segregated

accounts.
