Pohjola's Disclosure Policy describes the key principles used by Pohjola as a public limited company in its communication with capital market participants and other interested parties. The update has incorporated altered legislation concerning the financial sector, and new standards. Moreover, the silent period preceding the announcement of annual and interim financial statements will be reduced from the current four weeks to three.
