CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF WESTEND ICT PLC
In its first meeting today, December 27, 2010, the Board of Directors of Westend ICT Plc selected Ilpo Santala as the Chairman of the Board.
The Board of Directors has appointed Sami Ensio as the CEO of the company.
Sami Ensio was also appointed as the CEO of the subsidiary, Documenta Oy. Ensio will also act as the CEO of other companies carrying on business in the group.
