THE CHANGE OF BUSINESS NAME TO INNOFACTOR PLC COMES INTO EFFECT
Based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 27 December 2010, the change of Westend ICT Plc’s (Business ID: 0686163-7) business name was entered into the Trade Register today.
The Company’s new business name in Finnish is Innofactor Oyj.
The Company’s business name in English is Innofactor Plc and in Swedish, Innofactor Abp.
Due to the name change, the trading code of the Company’s share in the Nasdaq OMX Helsinki exchange will change. The new trading code will be IFAV1. The change will take effect in the trade system of the Nasdaq OMX Helsinki exchange on 7 January 2011.
The Company’s new web site addresses will be: www.innofactor.fi (in Finnish, official) and innofactor.com (in English).
