To further consolidate its position as the preferred Prepaid TopUp Partner for MTN globally, SEAMLESS is pleased to announce the successful launch of MTN Rwanda's Prepaid TopUP Solution on SEAMLESS’ carrier class platform, ERS 360◦. This is an extremely important milestone for both the companies, and it highlights the edge that ERS 360◦ has a solution in the market today.

The solution, provided on the highly scalable, flexible, secure and robust ERS 360◦platform includes, among other features, “Flexible Reseller Hierarchy Structure” and the “Bulk R2S feature”. The former helps achieve a more flexible way for MTN to administer creation of a reseller or agent network for Prepaid TopUp distribution, and the latter supports an Enterprise Solution for key corporate customers of MTN, thereby enabling periodic top ups for the employees of these corporates. This way, MTN is able to address specific business needs for itself and cater to its B2B efforts.
The end user services as a result of this implementation will result in subscribers being able to conduct top up of their pre-paid mobile balances via USSD and Web channels.
