Loomis signs new five year loan facility

 

Loomis AB has signed a new five year loan facility, Multi-Currency
Revolving Credit Facility. The new facility matures in 2016 and is
divided in two tranches of MUSD 150 and MSEK 1,000 respectively. It will
partly be used to repay the current Revolving Credit Facility which
matures in November 2011 and partly for general corporate purposes.

Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Danske Bank, Nordea and SEB.
Lead Arranger is Le Crédit Lyonnais.

Nordea acted as Documentation Agent and Danske Bank is acting as
Facility Agent.
