NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of March 1, 2011, to apply an additional reason for applied surveillance status to AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” according to the NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 5.
The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign Surveillance status to an issuer on the occasions when it breaches terms and stipulations of NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules.
AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” has failed to submit the English version of its 12 months financial reports of 2010 by March 1, 2011. The purpose of assigning surveillance status is to alert the market participants.
