EXCHANGE NOTICE, 9 March, 2011 SHARES
THE SHARES OF SALCOMP PLC TO OBSERVATION SEGMENT
Salcomp Plc published on March 9, 2011 a Stock Exchange Release where it announced
that Nordstjernan AB's ownership in Salcomp Plc exceeds 90 per cent.
As a result, Nordstjernan AB has an obligation to redeem the minority shareholders' shares.
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki transfers the shares of Salcomp Plc to the Observation
segment on the grounds of the Rules of the Stock Exchange (rule 2.1.8).
The purpose of the Observation segment is to call investors' attention to a
specific matter concerning the listed company.
