On changes in AS “PrivatBank” Council

  1. As per decision of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of AS “PrivatBank” held on 26.04.2011, Vasily Melnik was dismissed from his position as Member of Council on his own accord.

  2. As per decision of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of AS “PrivatBank” held on 26.04.2011, the Council consisting of 4 (four) Council members was appointed:

  • Yuriy Pikush;

  • Viktor Samarin;

  • Yuriy Kandaurov;

  • Timur Novikov.
