Lübker Golf A/S has been transferred to the suspension list due to the fact that on the AGM held on 29 April 2011 it was adopted to reduce the share capital to DKK 0 to cover loss. Trading in shares issued by Lübker Golf will consequently be suspended until the capital reduction and a subsequent conversion of debt has been registered with the Commerce and Companies Agency. As soon as possible thereafter, the shares of Lübker Golf will be removed from trading on First North. NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen will later publish an exchange notice about the delisting.
