Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S welcomes two new members of the
management team
Mr Jens Faarup takes up the position as new Topsil CFO 20 June 2011.
Mr Abdelmottaleb Doulan takes up the position as new CEO in Topsil subsidiary Cemat 1 July 2011.
- We are pleased to announce that two new profiles have been added to our management team, says Topsil CEO, Mr Keld Lindegaard Andersen.
- We are implementing an offensive growth strategy, including expansion plans, new facility and the ongoing merger of company functions. This all requires the most powerful management team. We have been extremely diligent in our search for the best profiles and are happy that we managed to reach into agreement with two such competent candidates.
New CFO 20 June 2011
Jens Faarup takes up the position as new Topsil CFO 20 June 2011. He has broad CFO experience from a number of large Danish and international companies and will be responsible for corporate level finance.
Jens holds a masters degree in international business economics and strategic planning from Copenhagen Business School 1988. He started his career as Product Development Manager and later on Sales Manager in Topdanmark, and has since then, among
others, been employed as CFO in Interdan A/S, Director of Finance in Telenor/Sonofon, Project Director in Det Berlingske Officin and most recently CFO, EVP for Danish Yellow Pages.
New CEO in Topsil subsidiary Cemat 1 July 2011
Abdelmottaleb Doulan, new Cemat CEO 1 July 2011, has been employed in a number of large companies in the automotive sector, internationally and in Poland.
As new Cemat CEO he will be responsible for the continuous development and streamlining of Cemat.
Doulan holds an MSc Engineering degree specialising in energy utilisation from Silician University of Technology (PL) 1997. In the past, he has held various production technical management positions in companies such as Peugeut, Delphi Automotive Systems and Cooper Rubber and Tire Automotive, and up until his new job as Production Manager in Valeo Lighting in Poland.
