On July 18, 2011, UBS Global Asset Management (Deutschland) GmbH, Frankfurt
am Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on RIB Software AG, Stuttgart,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on July
15, 2011 and on that day amounted to 5.04% (this corresponds to 1950000
Voting Rights).
