informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Sachsenmilch AG, Leppersdorf, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 13, 2011 and on that
day amounted to 3.465% (this corresponds to 693 Voting Rights).
