The Board of Directors wishes to alter the division of responsibilities within Sydbank’s Group Executive Management and as a result it has been agreed with Allan Nørholm that he resigns from Sydbank’s Group Executive Management. Sydbank has commenced the process of recruiting, outside the Bank, a new Deputy Group Chief Executive with a broader background to replace Allan Nørholm in the Group Executive Management.
Pending the appointment of the new Deputy Group Chief Executive, Sydbank’s Group Executive Management will consist of Karen Frøsig, CEO, and Preben L. Hansen, Deputy Group Chief Executive.
