TRANSCOM WILL BUY BACK 45,000 CLASS B NON-VOTING SHARES TO MEET
OBLIGATIONS ARISING FROM THE LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PROGRAM

Luxembourg, 15 September 2011 - The Board of Directors of Transcom
WorldWide S.A. has decided to buy back 45,000 Class B non-voting shares
(TWW SDB B), in accordance with the Share Repurchase Plan which was
approved by the 2011 Annual General Meeting. The purpose of this
transaction is to meet obligations arising from the Company's Long-Term
Incentive Program (LTIP), also approved by 2011 Annual General Meeting.
