Catella decentralises responsibility for communications

Catella is increasing its focus on the operational units and, in
connection therewith, is moving its communications work to the Corporate
Finance and Asset Management business areas. As a consequence, the
position of Head of Communications at the parent company is being
abolished.

“The changes will result in the parent company having a somewhat
different role when responsibility for communications is moved out of
the organisation. One consequence of this is that the position of Head
of Communications at the parent company is now being abolished,” says
Johan Ericsson, CEO Catella AB.

As a result, Catella's Head of Communications and member of group
management,
Anne Rådestad, will leave the company in the autumn of 2011.

“We have reached the conclusion that we cannot develop the position of
Head of Communications in the way that was initially envisaged, and thus
I have understanding for Anne Rådestad seeking a position outside the
company. It has been rewarding and stimulating to work together with
Anne Rådestad. Her knowledge and experience have been very beneficial
for Catella,” says Johan Ericsson.
