Rejlers associated company Nettkonsult grows through

Nettkonsult AS grows through the acquisition of Oslo Elprosjektering AS. The
company focuses on advice services to the construction and property sector, in
particular hospitals, sports facilities and schools. The company works mainly in
the Oslo area. The acquisition complements Nettkonsult's activities in electric
power and grid also to customers in the construction and property area. Oslo
Elprosjektering has eight employees and a turnover of MNOK 9.

Rejlers currently owns 49 percent of the shares of Nettkonsult and will acquire
the remaining 51 percent latest by the first half of 2014. Rejlers offers
consulting services to the customer group Construction and property in Sweden,
Finland and now also in Norway.
