Castellum will through the wholly owned subsidiary Fastighets AB Corallen start a new construction in the central land area Atollen, Jönköping. The new construction, which starts in January 2012, will be carried out together with two partners and Corallen's part consists of two blocks of 10,420 sq.m. in total. Corallen's first stage consists of a total of 6,019 sq.m. of which 2,790 sq.m. office premises, 2,212 sq.m. retail and 1,017 sq.m. residential. The investment in the first stage is estimated to SEKm 167 and will be completed during the autumn 2013. Currently there are no signed leases in the property. Fastighets AB Briggen has acquired two fully let office/retail properties in Vibeholms Business Park in the Copenhagen area with a total of 10,191 sq.m.
