Adjustments to Gunnebo's Group Executive Team

Gunnebo Security Group will make the following changes to its Group
Executive Team:

Mats Johansson appointed SVP Group Support
Mats Johansson has been appointed SVP Group Support, a function which is
responsible for change management, HR, IT and Communication & IR. In
Gunnebo, Mats has previously held the positions of SVP Operations and
Country Manager Gunnebo China. He has years of experience in production
as well as within research and development from companies such as
Fagerhult, IMI Plc and Uponor. The change will be made with immediate
effect.

Per Borgvall SVP North Europe (acting as of January 1, 2012)
The Group's present SVP North Europe and Country Manager Germany and
Austria, Thomas Heim, has decided to leave Gunnebo in January 2012.
Thomas will take up the position of SVP EMEA for Bosch Power Tools
Division.
As of January 1, 2012, Per Borgvall will therefore take up the position
as acting SVP Region North Europe until a successor has been appointed.

As of January 1, 2012, Gunnebo Germany and Austria will be managed by
Stephan Seifert as Managing Director Sales & Service (Geschäftsführer
Vertrieb und Service) and Carsten Heidenreich as Managing Director
Finance & Administration (Kaufmännischer Geschäftsführer).

Björn Nergård appointed SVP Operations
Björn Nergård has been appointed SVP Operations, a function responsible
for Gunnebo's global industrial platform and which includes
responsibility for all production, logistics, purchasing, research and
development, and environmental and quality work in the Group. Björn has
years of experience in management of production driving change
processes, from companies such as Cardo Group and Plc. Forsheda. The
change will be made with immediate effect.

Gunnebo's Group Executive Team as of November 25, 2011
As of November 25 , the following nine members will constitute the
Group's Executive Team:
