Ålandsbanken Sverige AB will transfer its memberships to Ålandsbanken Abp. The member identity ABS in INET and Genium INET will not change. Ålandsbanken Sverige AB will assign to Ålandsbanken Abp all of its rights, obligations, liabilities and interest under the agreements concluded between Ålandsbanken Sverige AB and NOMX (together the “Assigned Agreements”), and Ålandsbanken Abp will acquire all rights, obligations, liabilities and interest under the Assigned Agreements.
