Victoria Properties makes a rights issue of up to 2,459,578 new shares each bearing a face value of DKK 50, at a price of DKK 85. Subscription period: 9 December to 22 December 2011, both days included.
Please note:
Subscription of new shares will take place in a temporary ISIN (DK0060359065) which will not be admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen. The new shares from the rights issue and a directed placement of up to 1,164,202 new shares will be traded in the existing ISIN (DK0015216675) after the registration of the new shares with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency. The change is expected to be implemented on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen per 3 January 2012.
Resolutions passed at the general meeting held on 17 November 2011 regarding reduction of the company’s nominal share capital from DKK 245,957,800 to DKK 122,978,900 kr. by reducing the face value of the shares from DKK 100 to DKK 50 are also expected to be implemented on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 21 December 2011 after registration of the new Articles of Association with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency
