Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section
1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Prime Office REIT-AG,
München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights
on December 14, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.34% (this corresponds to
1736364 Voting Rights).
