JSC „Rīgas juvelieristrādājumu rūpnīca” informs that it has received a notification from SIA „Maleks S” about alienation of essential participation in the share capital of JSC „Rīgas juvelieristrādājumu rūpnīca”. According to the notification SIA „Maleks S” has alienated 5,04% of share capital of JSC „Rīgas juvelieristrādājumu rūpnīca”.
