On 1 November 2011, CEO of Hofseth BioCare ASA (HBC), Sjur Jenssen, sold 100,000 shares to Trols AS for NOK 7 per share. Trols AS is 100% owned by HBC's Chairman, Kjetil Olsen. Sjur Jenssen and Trols AS have today agreed that Sjur Jenssen transfers (off-exchange) additional 20,000 shares to Trols AS as an adjustment of the 1 November transaction, resulting in an average price of NOK 5.83 per share for the 120,000 shares sold from Sjur Jenssen to Trols AS. Following this adjustment Sjur Jenssen and Kjetil Olsen (through Trols AS) hold 2,194,628 shares and 320,000 shares, respectively, equaling 3.84% and 0.56% of the shares in HBC.
