Invitation to press and analyst meeting

Hakon Invest will release its Year-end Report for 2011 on Wednesday, February
15, 2011 and, consequently, is extending an invitation to a press and analyst
meeting.

Time: Wednesday, February 15, 2012, 10.30 a.m.

Location: IVA Conference Center, Grev Turegatan 16, Stockholm

The press and analyst meeting is held in Swedish. A live webcast will be
available on the Company's web site www.hakoninvest.se

CEO Claes-Göran Sylvén and CFO Göran Blomberg will present the Year-end report.
A Q&A session will be held after the initial presentation.

The interim report will be released publicly at about 8.00 a.m on February
