Divestment of Swedish cash solutions business
G4S, the world's leading international security solutions provider, announces the divestment of its Swedish cash solutions business, G4S Cash Solutions (Sverige) AB. The business has been sold to the Nordic security firm, Nokas AS for a cash consideration of £3.356m.
