SalMar ASA : Mandatory notification of trade in SalMar ASA


Reference is made to stock exchange notice dated 29 February 2012 regarding the private placement in SalMar ASA ("SalMar"). The following primary insiders have been allocated shares in the private placement:

Kverva AS was allocated 5,500,000 new shares in the private placement at a price of NOK 30 per share. After completion of the private placement Kverva AS will hold 60,500,000 shares in SalMar representing 53.40 % of SalMar's share capital. Kverva AS is controlled by Gustav Witzøe. Gustav Witzøe is a board member and a primary insider in SalMar.

Rosøy AS, an investment company controlled by the CEO Yngve Myhre, was allocated 12,425 new shares in the private placement at a price of NOK 30 per share. After completion of the private placement Rosøy AS will hold 42,425 shares in SalMar. In addition Yngve Myhre holds options that give the right to acquire 220,000 shares in SalMar.

TTU Invest AS, an investment company controlled by the IR-director Trond Tuvstein, was allocated 12,425 new shares in the private placement at a price of NOK 30 per share. After completion of the private placement TTU Invest AS will hold 12,425 shares in SalMar. In addition Trond Tuvstein holds options that give the right to acquire 110,000 shares in SalMar.
