Today, SSAB announced that the company's Annual Report for 2011
in Swedish and English are available at www.ssab.com. A digital version of the
Annual Report will be published at www.ssab.com/AR2011 within short.

The printed versions will be available for distribution from March 19 and will
be distributed to those shareholders who have requested to receive financial
information by post. The annual report can also be ordered via info@ssab.com,

SSAB’s Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on March 26, 2012.
