Director's dealing
The Board of DXS International plc ("the Company") was informed today that on 7th March Steven Bauer, a director of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the market at 5p per share.
Following this transaction Mr Bauer is now beneficially interested in 401,368 ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.43 per cent. of the total shares in issue.
The total number of shares currently in issue is 28,144,879 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
