What Are My Options If I Am A Class Member?

1. Remain A Member Of The Class: If you would like to remain a member of the Class, you do not need to do anything. If you remain a member of the Class, you may be entitled to relief obtained from this litigation. You will also be bound by any judgment, whether favorable or not, entered in this matter. If you choose to remain a member of the Class, you may enter an appearance through counsel. If you remain a member of the Class you will be unable to pursue a new or different lawsuit against Land Rover relating to the facts at issue in this action, unless otherwise authorized by a court.

2. Request Exclusion From The Class: If you request exclusion from the Class, you will not be entitled to any relief obtained from this litigation. You will not be bound by any judgment, whether favorable or not, entered in this matter and you may pursue, at your own cost, any claims that you may have against Defendant. To exclude yourself from the Class, you must request exclusion as described in the next paragraph. If you do nothing, you will remain a member of the Class.

3. Process For Requesting Exclusion: If you do not want to be part of the Class, you must send a written request containing (1) your name; (2) your address; (3) confirmation that you understand that, by excluding yourself from the Class, you will not be entitled to any relief obtained from this litigation; and (4) your signature. If you currently own a Vehicle, please write your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) (which is located on a placard on the bottom of the driver's side corner of the windshield). To be valid, the requests for exclusion must be postmarked on or before May 21, 2012 and be addressed to In re Jaguar Land Rover North America, Inc. Litigation, c/o Strategic Claims Services, P.O.
