Loomis´ Annual Report for 2011 is now available at www.loomis.com.

The Annual
Report will be distributed by post, starting April 18, 2012 to the Swedish
shareholders that have not declined to receive a printed version. A copy of the
Annual Report can be ordered online by sending an e-mail to
ir@loomis.com.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on
Tuesday May 8, 2012 at 5 pm CET in the AnnaRella hall at Scandic Sergel Plaza,
Brunkebergstorg 9, Stockholm.
