Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act notice is hereby given that Cobham PLC (England) has informed Thrane & Thrane that Cobham PLC controls voting rights on 2,819,919 shares in Thrane & Thrane A/S, corresponding to approximately 49.6% of the company’s voting rights.
Reference is made to Cobham’s announcement today, which states a.o. that the purchase of some of the shares is conditioned upon completion of the pending tender offer.
