Finn Boel Pedersen, who joined Sydbank's Group Executive Management on 1 February, has announced that he wishes to resign as member of the Group Executive Management. The reason is that Finn Boel Pedersen finds that there is inconsistency between the job and the responsibilities to which he attaches importance.
With regret the Board of Directors has taken note of the decision.
As of 7 May Sydbank's Group Executive Management consists of Karen Frøsig, CEO, and Preben L. Hansen, Deputy Group Chief Executive.
