9.6.14 Notification
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority the Company has been advised that Ms. Sofia Bianchi, a Non-Executive Director of Kenmare, was appointed as a Director of Alchemy Resources Limited on the 1 March 2012. Alchemy Resources Limited, a gold and copper exploration company, is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX").
