Hofseth BioCare ASA ("the Company") has been transferred 5 294 shares in the Company to its own accounts. The shares are withheld bonus shares from the IPO in December 2011.
In the IPO, 37 046 share where withheld by lead manager for allocation to subscribers in the retail tranche fulfilling the "non-sale"-clause. Subscriptions qualifying for 31 752 bonus shares fulfilled the criterions.
Following the transaction, Hofseth BioCare ASA holds a total of 5 294 own shares.
