I henhold til bekendtgørelse nr. 657 af 22. juni 2012 om udstederes oplysningsforpligtelser,
§ 1, stk. 4, jf. § 1, stk. 3, nr. 2, har Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S, A/S Storebæltsforbindelsen og A/S Øresundsforbindelsen valgt Danmark som hjemland i relation til samtlige obligationer udstedt af de nævnte selskaber.
Som følge heraf er Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S, A/S Storebæltsforbindelsen og A/S Øresundsforbindelsen underlagt kravene i § 27, stk. 7 og 8, § 27 a, § 28 og § 29, stk. 1, 3. pkt., i lov om værdipapirhandel m.v. og i ovennævnte bekendtgørelse.
Election of Home Member State
Pursuant to Executive Order no. 657 dated 22 June 2012 on Issuers' Duty to provide Information, section 1(4) and 1(3)(2), Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S, A/S Storebæltsforbindelsen og A/S Øresundsforbindelsen have elected Denmark as home Member State in relation to all debt securities issued by the said companies.
Consequently, Øresundsbro Konsortiet I/S, A/S Storebæltsforbindelsen og A/S Øresundsforbindelsen are subject to the requirements under section 27(7) and 27(8), 27a, 28 and 29(1)(3rd sentence) of the Danish Securities Trading Act and the abovementioned executive order."
