Shore Capital Group Limited, the independent investment group specialising in principal finance, equity capital market activities and alternative asset management, was notified today that, on 24 September 2012, Andrée Shore, the wife of Howard Shore, the Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,465,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15p each and 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 16p each.
Following the purchase Mrs Shore's shareholding in the Company is 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.62% of the issued share capital and, including her shares, Howard Shore is interested in 101,793,700 Ordinary Shares representing 42.13% of the issued share capital.
