The Egide consolidated sales (non-audited) reached 6.4 million Euros for the third quarter 2012, stable compared to the same
quarter of last year and slightly lower (-1.5%) compared to the previous quarter.
The Military & Space sector represented 52% of the quarter's revenues, the Industrial sector 31%, the Telecom sector 16% and
Various (Egima) 1%.

Egide SA represented 52% of the quarterly consolidated sales (against 67% in Q3-11), Egide USA 36% (against 24%), Egide UK
11% (against 8%) and Egima 1% (stable).
Despite the recovery of the European Space market, Egide SA has suffered from the lack of an improvement in the Telecoms
market and the strong decrease in activity from its main export customer in infrared, while Egide USA took advantage of the good
trend in its domestic markets. Egide UK has continued its progression in its niche markets.
Philippe Brégi, Egide's CEO, comments: "The stability of our sales over a few quarters confirms the 'on-hold' situation of the
worldwide economy. Egide, which remains an industrial group with strong technical capabilities and with the assets to match,
retains its full potential as the recognized supplier of reference for its high-end products."
