Transmode's Nomination Committee for 2013 has been appointed


Stockholm, Sweden - 12 October 2012

At the Annual General Meeting on 16 April 2012 it was decided that Transmode
shall have a Nomination Committee consisting of four members; one to be
appointed by each of the three shareholders controlling the greatest number of
votes and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Chairman of the Nomination
Committee shall be the member who has been appointed by the shareholder
controlling the greatest number of votes, unless the members decide differently.
Transmode's nomination committee for the 2013 Annual General Meeting consists
of: Tom Nyman (POD Investment AB), Johan Lannebo (Lannebo Fonder), Mats J
Andersson (Nordea Fonder) and Kent Sander (Chairman of the Board of Directors at
Transmode Holding AB).

The nomination committee's task is to present proposals to the Annual General
Meeting for Chairman of the Annual General Meeting, Chairman of the Board of
Directors, members of the Board of Directors and auditors, as well as fees and
other remuneration to each member of the board and any remuneration for
committee work and audit fees. Furthermore, the nomination committee shall make
a proposal for nomination procedure for the nomination committee for the annual
general meeting 2014.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on 15 April, 2013.
Shareholders wishing to make proposals to the nomination committee can do so by
e-mail to nominationcommittee@transmode.com no later than 28 January, 2013.
