Transaction between Novozymes and Beta Renewables closed

In reference to company announcement no. 68 of October 29 2012, the closing conditions for the transaction have been met, and the transaction between Novozymes and Beta Renewables has now been closed. Following the transaction, Novozymes’ share of ownership of Beta Renewables is 9.95%. Financial impacts from the transaction remain as previously communicated.
