The board of PA Resources has proposed that the Extra General Meeting (EGM), planned for December 7, 2012, authorizes the board to decide upon a rights issue where the terms of the rights issue and the Ex-date are to be decided. The subscription price is SEK 0.10 per share. Provided that the rights issue is performed, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options, forwards and futures in PA Resources (PAR).
