Dear Member,
Today several members have experienced a lag in Sapri Trade during the day’s Day-ahead auction. This has meant that orders submitted and received correctly in the N2EX system, were not confirmed as such in the Sapri Trade client.
As a result N2EX delayed the gate closure while it checked with each member concerned that orders received in the N2EX system matched exactly those submitted. As a result, prices were calculated by N2EX at the later than usual time of 10:05 GMT, during which time trading results were also made available.
Investigations are ongoing. However, as a first measure, N2EX has re-started the Sapri Trade client.
We therefore ask that all members log into Sapri Trade in the Production Environment and confirm afresh whether or not they are able to view orders submitted on today’s auction with delivery for tomorrow.
