Name Change to Artemis U.S. Capital Appreciation Fund

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 9, 2013) - Omega Advisors U.S. Capital Appreciation Fund (TSX:OUS.UN) (the "Fund"), today announced a change in the name of the Fund from Omega Advisors U.S. Capital Appreciation Fund to Artemis U.S. Capital Appreciation Fund. In connection with the name change, the Fund's ticker symbol will been changed to AUF.UN from OUS.UN. Such changes are effective as of January 10, 2013.
