Notice of Annual General Meeting (including entire notice)

The shareholders of Axfood AB are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting
to be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 13 March 2013. Location: Cirkus,
Djurgårdsslätten 43-45, Stockholm. Registration will open at 4 p.m.

As stated in the AGM notice, the Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK
12.00 per share and 18 March 2013 as the record date for payment of the
dividend.
