Ownership change at MQ

A number of Swedish and Nordic institutions, together with Bengt Jaller
Klädcenter AB, MQ’s second-largest owner, have today acquired 9,924,829 shares
in MQ, corresponding to 28.2 percent of the company’s capital and votes.

The seller is CapMan, which has thus terminated its long-term involvement in MQ
in line with its investment policy.

“As CapMan has now divested its shareholding in MQ, within its planned
investment horizon, we are pleased that several new institutional owners have
confidence in MQ’s strategy and have chosen to invest in MQ,” says Erik Olsson,
MQ’s Chairman, commenting on the transaction.
