Danske Bank – major shareholder announcement
In accordance with section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and section 2 of the Danish Executive Order on Major Shareholders, Realdania has informed Danske Bank that, as a result of its agreement to sell 52,000,000 Danske Bank shares on 6 March 2013, it now owns less than 5% of the share capital and voting rights of Danske Bank A/S.
Realdania now directly owns 49,582,485 shares of Danske Bank A/S, or 4.91% of the share capital and voting rights.
