CANCOM acquires UCC specialist GES

Munich, 13 March 2013 - With contract carried out on the 13th of March 2013
the full service IT-provider CANCOM acquires 100 percent of GES
Gesellschaft für elektronische Systeme mbH based in Ingelfingen near
Künzelsau, Germany. This will enable CANCOM to extend its expertise in the
fast growing market for UCC solutions.
GES specializes in IT network and security solutions which focuses on
Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) services. With 10 employees the
company generated revenues of Euro 3 million in 2012 and has a positive
earnings position for years. Customers include well known businesses from
the private and public sector.
